communion's soundscapes are reflections of some arcane existences---the secret and the solitude---that they, in their communion face and attempt to fathom. These soundscapes had been described as ". . . a fluid, changing organism that is astounding even after repeated listenings". [[[ . . . Circle forms a circle without a circle, eternal. . . yeah. . . whatever. . . ]]] "Listening to this...'music' of communion," says another, "is like listening to a low-signal, radio transmission of Dead Can Dance and Skinny Puppy being played simultaneously..."[[[. . . some kind of ionospheric intercourse, perhaps. . . ]]] "communion," she continues, "is for those of us who were perhaps at another time and/or space during the Age of Throbbing Gristle. communion is the new T.G., if not better."
